This has been a problem for quite some time, but still an issue as of 15w37a. Sometimes when I log in, the world renders incorrectly as if the client doesn't know where I am. When staying perfectly still, (not moving or looking around), it flickers my view between a minimum of 4 different views, sometimes changing views dozens of times a second but may sometimes pause on one view for several seconds before changing views again. If looking around, the image flickers around to different views 100's of times a second. The rendered image is never correct. Logging off and on doesn't fix the problem, and closing the client doesn't always fix the problem either.
The pictures attached show several screenshots without ever moving from my location and never changing my view. You can see my position and looking at block never changes from all the screens.
