      How to duplicate: 1. leave spawn chunks
      2. place fence
      3. spawn horse
      4. place lead in hotbar
      5. right click on horse
      6. right click on fence
      7. move far away at least 500 blocks
      8. come back
      the horse is now moving around and the lead has dropped
