When I changed the chunk render distance from 12 to 32 sections of chunks were randomly appearing and the blocks that were superposed they were not render yet still there. The Entities such as item frames, paintings and zombies were still rendered. The issue was fixed with a re-log (Fraps Crashing Minecraft) and the world seemed to load properly and was fine.
