Unconfirmed
Whenever I turn up the render distance to 19 or greater the world starts to render the same chunk over and over randomly while it changes. Basically a random chunk appears and it tiles over and over again, then it randomly switches to other chunks fast. (I'd say about 5 times a second). It does what is in the picture attached but it changes between different chunks. Also when you walk through it it still acts like the blocks are in their normal places and you can walk on them but they are invisible and there are floating textures everywhere. This happens even when I have OptiFine loaded. The picture is with no OptiFine.
