i was making a new world in minecraft 1.8 to to test some commands, but before i started i wanted to load the chunks around me, when some of the chunks started glitching out.

there were some chunks by a village, and , when i loaded them they didn't create terrain.

when i got there an area of 4 chunks by 15+ chunks started to flicker and change the terrain. it wouldn't stop and there would be new terrain every second. there were invisible blocks, under the glitching terrain and the villagers in the village had some weird gigantic models, so i tested some other mobs and some had it as well.

(silverfish, horse, blaze, villager, ghast,zombie pigman, cave spider, magma cube, bat, witch, endermite, guardian, sheep, cow, chicken, mooshroom, ocelot, rabbit, horse.

I do not know how to reproduce this bug as i only created a world.
