Issue with world rendering, see pictures.
After days of testing It looks like I found a stable setting. If I have my Render chunks set for 16 or less and my Max Frame at 60 or less and I'm not running any resource packs then the issue doesn't occur. I did find if I ran a resource pack it would occur at this setting just would take longer (around 30) then it did when the problem first occurred (5 min). The problem did occur with no resource pack with the settings higher than what is stated above.
This issue has only occurred on 1.8. 1.7.x hasn't had any issues what so ever even at the highest levels. I haven't tested the issue in any version except for 1.8 Pre 3.
To fix the issue I add resource pack or exit the game entirely, Changing other settings didn't affect the problem.
