Today I was flying around in a jungle biome and I came across a Jungle temple I went inside the temple and tried to open a chest. This did not work, So I tried to pull one of the levers this also did not work. I relogged back into my world and it started to work but this has now happened 3 times.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fly fast this means fly + LCtrl
2. try to open a chest in a new loaded chunck (IE. Temple)
