What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that the nether would render properly

What actually happened was...:
the nether had a very strange rendering issue and i saw different nether generations on my screen on every single tick

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to nether
2. walk little ways away form yours portal
3. go back
