We have some sort of big minecart rail system on the server. Underground and on flaoting bridges. With the 1.7.2 Update Players keep Falling to death, when leaving the carts. When you leave the minecart You dont stand on the same Block or at least leave in the direction you are facing. You can also get ported through a wall next to the minecart you are leaving.
