When you do the /attribute command, all modified attributes are supposed to stay at those values. For example, if you type in:
/attribute @s jump_strength base set 1.5
it will stay 1.5 if you exit the game and go back into that world.
However, when you type:
/attribute @s movement_speed base set (any number not 0.1)
and then you save, quit to title, and go back, it is reset to 0.10000000149011412
________________________________________________________________
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go into any Minecraft world
- 2. Type /attribute @s movement_speed base set 2
- Notice you are extremely fast
- Pause the game and click "Save and Quit to Title"
- Go back into the same Minecraft world
________________________________________________________________
Expected Result:
You will stay extremely fast and if you do "/attribute @s movement_speed get" it will show 2.0
Observed Result:
You will slow down to the default speed, and if you type in that command mentioned earlier it will show 0.10000000149011412
