      As shown in the video in the OneDrive link, when a minecart falls from a jump (making the minecart tilted), it can fall into flowing water and inflict potentially lethal damage to the rider of the minecart. This displays the death message of "death.fell.accident.water".

      The experiments Bundles, Minecart Changes, and Redstone Changes are enabled, and the gamerule "minecartMaxSpeed" is set to 1000, meaning a minecart can go up to a thousand blocks per second in certain scenarios.
