When I was playing the new update in my survival world and was fighting an ominous trial spawner, I noticed that when the ominous spawner launches a fireball, it produces the subtitle "Blaze shoots" even though the fireball isn't launched by the blaze.

To replicate this, activate an ominous trial spawner and wait for it to spawn an item, if it doesn't spawn a fireball, activate more spawners until one does spawn while having subtitles on. I linked a picture showing the subtitle saying "Blaze shoots" below.
