All block sounds in Minecraft have an origin of TileXYZ+0.5, including torches. This is fine for floor torches, however when placing torches on a wall slightly to your left or right, this causes the audio to sound like it's coming from the wrong side (as the centre of the block will be closer to that ear). Sound origins should be bias-able towards a direction (probably at the centre of the "block cursor outline"?)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Stand next to wall.
      2. Place torch or similar block on the wall next to you.

      Observed result:
While the torch will be placed on the wall (i.e. to your left), the sound will appear to come from the opposite side (i.e. to your right).

      Expected result:
The sound comes from where the torch was placed.
