Minecart variants with a food component set cannot be eaten when looking at a block

      This is very similar to MC-145916, in that if you attempt to eat a minecart while holding it and looking at a block, you're unable to consume it because the game attempts to place the minecart instead.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Look at a block, and attempt to eat a minecart 
        /give @s minecraft:minecart[minecraft:food={nutrition:4,saturation_modifier:0.1}]

      Observed & Expected Results:

      - The minecart is not eaten.
      - If the placement fails, you should be able to consume it, similar to how it operates with crops.
