Jump Boost does not affect the breeze's jump

      The jump boost effect doesn't really apply to the breeze. 

      To reproduce:
      1-Summon a breeze on the floor.
      2-Open the chat and execute this command: /effect give @e[type=minecraft:breeze] minecraft:jump_boost infinite 50 or use the normal jump potion effect from creative.
      3-Switch gamemode to survival and let the breeze attack you.

      Expected behavior:
      the breeze should jump higher than usual.
