if you have your jukebox/note blocks sound to 0%, then play a disc, then increase the volume, the playing disc won't be heard unless you remove it and insert it again in a jukebox.

What I expected to happen was:
the already playing jukebox disk should be heard

What actually happened was:
the disk wasn't heard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. lower jukebox/note blocks sound in music & sound options to 0%

2.  exit the options and insert a disk in a jukebox
3.  increase jukebox/noteblock sound up to 100%
