      How to reproduce

      1. Play a sound
        /playsound minecraft:music_disc.11 voice @a
      2. Adjust the volume slider to 0%
      3. Turn the volume back up and notice the sound has stopped

      Original description

When you adjust the volume (voice/speech) to 0% after a command such as
      /playsound minecraft:record.11 voice @a
has been executed, the song (here minecraft:record.11) stops, but it immediately plays the song again (from the beginning). Also when you adjust the volume (voice/speech) again (volume>0%), the song starts playing again (from the beginning).
