Pressing the Singleplayer or Realms button does not reset the title screen upon returning to it. Multiplayer and Options do.
How to reproduce:
- Press "Singleplayer", "Minecraft Realms", or the language button (or whatever you want to call it)
- Press escape
- Title screen does not reset
What I expected:
- The title screen would be reset, meaning that the panorama would revert back to its original position and the splash text would randomize
What I observed:
- The title screen did not reset, the panorama is in the last position before switching menus, and the splash text remained the same
How to view the correct behavior:
- Press "Multiplayer" or "Options"
- Press escape
- Title screen resets
NOTE:
- Singleplayer WILL reset the title screen if the player has no worlds.
- I tried harder to search for this due to my tendencies of creating reports that already exist, but if one fell through the cracks, sorry. I technically found a report that's been marked as Invalid, but nothing like "Works as Intended" or "Won't Fix" is specified, so I am opening a report for it anyway. It also hasn't been updated in over eight years.
