On a multiplayer server, we have a row of dispensers that are supposed to dispense water, and then be able to pick it back up. However, two specific dispensers are not firing as intended, or firing at all, even when singled out. Instead, the two adjacent dispensers fire, creating a water source in the place where the dispenser should be firing.
On activating the dispenser(s) a second time, the ones adjacent fire and pick up the water. But, as said before, it leaves a source block in the middle where the intended dispenser did not fire properly, and because there are no buckets it cannot pick it up.
I have attached a video which includes a clientside mod that allows you to see the contents of the dispensers without having to go into each individual one.
This bug occurs with 15 dispensers in a row intending to drop water. Even when all dispensers are activated at the same time, the 5th from the left and 5th from the right still do not fire properly. When activated on their own, the adjacent dispensers fire, but not the intended dispenser.
The server and the bug were observed on 1.19.2, but it is replicable in 1.19.3.
