I was recently gifted Minecraft for my Xbox account, I installed it on my Xbox app, and it still says "Play Demo" after multiple reinstalls.

I have tried every fix that I could find. I have contacted Microsoft and Mojang. None of their fixes helped. They also said a "company representative" would email me, I have yet to receive said email. The other posts referencing this no longer have working links. I am on the correct account, my Microsoft account.

It has been three days, and this game worked on this computer before but seems to refuse to acknowledge that I now own it. I would like to play Minecraft instead of it wasting space on my hard drive.
