      The Bug:

      When a baby zombie wears a mob or player head, it is not properly aligned with the head of the baby zombie, leaving a small gap below (whereas on regular/adult zombies, the alignment is correct).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a baby zombie wearing a player head using the command provided below.
        /summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~2 ~ {NoAI:1b,IsBaby:1b,ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"minecraft:player_head",Count:1b}]}
      2. Look at how the player head is aligned with the baby zombie's head.
      3. Take note as to whether or not heads and skulls are misaligned with the heads of baby zombies, husks, and drowned when worn

      Observed Behavior:

      Heads and skulls are misaligned.

      Expected Behavior:

      Heads and skulls wouldn't be misaligned with the given baby mobs, just like how they're not with their adult variants.
