Redstone power is jumping to pistons that are not connected. Prior to version 1.19.2, this was not happening. It is reproducible for me in both single player and server-based multiplayer, survival and creative modes.
What I expected to happen was...:
The piston should not have any relationship to the redstone circuit located 2 spaces above it.
What actually happened was...:
Piston seems to receive power but not an update.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an active redstone circuit in the air (redstone on top of a block, with power going to it)
2. Place a piston in any orientation, 2 spaces below the block with an air gap. The piston will extend when it should not
3. If the piston is in any orientation other than upward-facing, it will not change state when the circuit is destroyed, depowered, or repowered. It will only change state when placed, or when another source triggers an update on the piston.
