Hello,
I found a weird behaviour that seems like a bug.
It's quite complicated for me to explain the problem so I'll give you a concrete example with screenshots.
In the first screenshot, you can see a very simple piece of redstone in which a piston is powered by a redstone torch. Everything is fine.
However, when you deactivate the redstone torch (screen 2), the piston stays activated, although it does not have any input.
It seems to have a correlation with the presence of the activated redstone on top of this piston, even though it is too far from the piston to power it. Indeed, when I deactivate the redstone dust (screen 3), the piston does not directly change its state, but when I play with the lever connected to the redstone torch after this, the piston begins having a normal behaviour again: it retracts and extends when it should.
Screen 4 is just another perspective of screen 3.
