Drowned won't spawn at all. I've been to every water biomes, all kinds of ocean and rivers in general, flat and deep rivers and nothing... They spawn sometimes, but it takes a looong time for them to show up, plus it's always 1 or 2 at the most. I want a trident and I can't get one by conveting zombies into drowned, correct? So what's happening? Is this a bug? What can I do for them to spawn normally? I want lots of them. I even tried to create a new map so I could test their spawn rate and it's pretty low as well, almost to zero. Changing the minecraft version to 1.13 doesn't work either.
