When a warden spawn fails, the warden's listening_angry sound still plays

      Even if the warden spawn fails after triggering a sculk shrieker, the warden's listening_angry sound will still play either one or multiple times at once (on instances such as a large narrow area). This doesn't happen when doWardenSpawning is set to false, which i think is the correct behavior as per MC-250319.

      Expected result

      When a warden spawn fails from a shrieker, no warden sounds would be played.

      Observed result

      The warden's listening_angry sound is played (may play multiple times), even if no warden is spawned.

      How to reproduce

      1. Place a shrieker high up in the air, with "can_summon" set to true.
      2. Trigger the shrieker a few times.
      3. On the fourth attempt, the warden will try to spawn.
      4. If the spawn fails, the warden sound is produced.
