Gameplay
The ender dragon can growl during its death animation (and while flying to the portal to die, although this may be intended).
To reproduce, run the following command at 0 ~ 0 in any dimension:
/summon ender_dragon ~ ~ ~ {DragonPhase:9}
I was unable to reproduce this bug by killing the dragon by setting its health to 0.
Here's a video of the bug. OBS ducked the audio pretty hard so I apologize for that.
