How to reproduce:
- Enable the narrator (use Ctrl+B or find the option in the accessibility menu).
- Go to a menu with a list of options you can scroll through (like said accessibility menu).
- Press the Tab key once to select the first option in the scrollable list.
- Listen to the narrator.
Expected result:

Observed result:
The narrator said "Press Tab to navigate to next element" three times in a row.
