In any complex menu (i.e. a menu with a list of options which can be scrolled through), when an option is selected using the Tab key, the narrator says "Press Tab to navigate to next element" three times in a row.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Enable the narrator (use Ctrl+B or find the option in the accessibility menu).
      2. Go to a menu with a list of options you can scroll through (like said accessibility menu).
      3. Press the Tab key once to select the first option in the scrollable list.
      4. Listen to the narrator.

What I expected to happen was:

The narrator would say "Press Tab to navigate to next element" only once.

      What actually happened was:

The narrator said "Press Tab to navigate to next element" three times in a row.

Sorry for the bad video, I'm bored to fix my OBS settings.
