Whenever a player is in range of a beacon, if they have effects that don't normally show particles (like if they set the showParticles parameter of /effect to be true), the beacon changes from showing ambient particles to regular potion particles which are more intrusive.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you don't have particles set to "Minimal"
2. Set up and power a beacon with any effect
3. Run /effect give @s night_vision 60 0 true (works with any effect, night vision is just an
example)
4. Notice how the beacon's potion particles change from transparent (ambient) to
fully opaque (regular).
Observed Results:
The beacon's potion particles are fully opaque, the same if you were to drink a potion.
Expected Results:
The beacon would emit its normal, transparent particles.
