      Bug:

Arrows of Harming/Healing deal more damage to armored targets when fired as least damaging as possible (i.e, unenchanted bow with no charge)

      Detailed Description:

An arrow from a bow with a high damage (i.e using Power V) will not apply the normal healing/damage effect result in mostly projectile damage and thus blocked by armor. An arrow from a bow with low damage (i.e unenchanted) will apply the healing/damage effect result in magical damage bypassing armor.

      Steps to Reproduce

The setup I found to be most reliable:

      • Creative mode, one unenchanted bow, one bow with Power V, and a stack of arrows of instant healing II
      • Summon in two zombie swearing unenchanted netherite
      • Shoot with the power V bow at max draw at one of the zombies until it dies (Averaged 4 shots)
      • Shoot with the unenchanted bow at as little draw as possible at the other zombie until it dies (Averaged 2 shots, avoid shooting during invincibly frames).

      Expected Result

Check for whether to apply the tipped arrow instant healing/harming effect to be done after armor calculations rather than before.
