Problem
When Graphics is set to Fast or Fancy, translucent players (such as friendly invisible team members, spectators) occlude these things behind it:
- its armor;
- its hand items;
- water;
- entities;
- particles;
- the outline of target block;
- bounding box of structure block;
- some blocks (chest, sign, ...).
This makes them look like they are not really translucent. The following pictures only list some of them, and I haven't confirm other blocks. This also happens to invisible entities seen in Spectator Mode.
I have read MC-168137, and this problem no longer exists when you set Graphics to Fabulous (But in Fabulous Graphics, the outline of the target block and bounding box of structure block are still occluded by translucent entities). But this problem makes me feel very uncomfortable for it looks like that a part of the entity/block is cut off, and it's better not to render the entity or block behind the translucent entity than render only parts or it.
Reproduce
- Become invisible and translucent (potion <friendly invisible team member> / spectator / ...).
- Look at something through your body (except in first person view).

MC-193051 You can see through some transparent blocks via semi-transparent items on "Fast" and "Fancy" graphics mode
