If you put a music disc into a Jukebox, and go to Options > Music & Sounds > Jukebox/Note Blocks and set it to 0% while the music disc is still playing, bringing the volume back up doesn't bring back the music.

Steps to replicate:

Place a jukebox, and follow the above described steps. Go to the options, set the volume to 0%, and bring it back up, and the music disc will stop playing entirely.
