After using a lead to move an iron golem from one spot of my village to another, the golem just kind of stood in one spot, only very slightly moving after being charged by a zombie or a spider, not even a skeleton.

When it had just turned time for the villagers to go inside their homes, two of them (who have their beds in the same house, including profession block) stood against the outside wall where their beds are instead of opening and closing the front door to get in. Mind you, their beds were on the SIDE of the house, not the FRONT, far from where the door was. I would assume this is a pathfinding error because they didn't detect anything blocking their path. They quiet literally bee-lined it for the beds instead of walking through the front door.
