The Bug:

Decorations can generate on top of dirt paths within villages.

Just for clarification reasons, decoration blocks are blocks such as grass, ferns, flowers, etc...

Here are some examples:

Seed: -7206245882723273550
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -6363.41 63.91 -4737.55 -124.59 29.56

Seed: 1359968930092793278
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -1095.14 68.00 -4128.14 293.70 24.45

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with any of the seeds provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the decorations on the village paths.
3. Take note as to whether or not decorations can generate on top of dirt paths within villages.

Observed Behavior:

Decorations can generate on top of dirt paths within villages.

Expected Behavior:

Decorations would not be able to generate on top of dirt paths within villages.
