I could not find an existing report despite a good amount of searching.

The bug

Mobs with the NoAI tag can still get in boats and minecarts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the command /summon enderman ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
2. Place a boat
3. Push the boat into the enderman

-->  Notice the enderman gets into the minecart

Additional information

I messed up the font to this while creating the ticket and for some reason it went all bonkers and I can't change it back. If a mod can fix the font, it would be greatly appreciated. (This can be removed once the font is fixed.)
