Every time I open a chest, I take my items and leave. Thats not what happens.

I open the chest, grab the items and leave. As soon as I use the item, (Hoe, Pickaxe, Shovel ect) it immediatly disappears from my inventory and all other items that I took at the time. They return to the chest. The only way I know that the items are confirmed to stay in my inventory is when I hear the chest close sound. Very unhelpful when playing Survival Games!

1. Open Chest
2. Take items
3. If you don't hear the chest close sound the items will return randomly or when in use.
