The bug

When right clicking a redstone ore block in different situations with different items, the hand animation's behavior will be inconsistent. In all cases, the redstone ore will activate, but sometimes the hand animation will, or won't play.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down redstone ore a few blocks into the air
2. Stand in front of the redstone ore
3. Try and place a solid block next to the ore (should not place, as you are blocking it)
   → Redstone ore is activated, hand animation doesn't play.
4. Try and place a lantern on a side of the redstone ore, with no support above or below it (so that it cannot be placed)
   → Redstone ore is activated, hand animation doesn't play.
5. Place a torch on a side of the redstone ore
6. Right click the redstone ore itself with a torch (on the same side as the previously placed torch)
   → Redstone ore is activated, hand animation plays.
