Whenever I go to launch minecraft, I get the same message:
"Sorry, unable to start Minecraft. Please check your configuration."

I am trying to play a vanilla single player world. I cant launch a modded world off of the Twitch Launcher either. I can't change the instillation either, as nothing shows up. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not work. I have googled a way to fix it and I can't find anything that has to do with a vanilla world.
