      The riptide attack animation continues to play even if you are stationary on the ground, despite the animation implying movement.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get a riptide trident 
        /give @p trident{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:riptide",lvl:3s}]} 1
      2. Look directly down
      3. Use the trident
      4. Look forward and/or upward
