I expected that the dropper fires, and then after firing, the dropper is no longer powered, while the hopper in either position is locking*

What actually happened was...: I powered the dispenser, it fired and then it remained Triggered.

Steps to Reproduce: 1, set up a dropper and blocks diagonally, because i assume that's the issue with the dropper and it was marked resolved on the bug tracker and this is clearly not, or it is something else entirely, 2: power the dropper.*
