I havent played Minecraft in 3 years, I downloaded it again last week, bought a realm for me and a friend and ever since ive gotten the message "internal exception: java.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" within the first 10 sec of opening the world. I have tried to reinstall the game twice, ive allowed Java through windows firewall, ive enabled Javas operating systems restricted environment in advanced java settings, ive changed my internet protocol version 4 under adapter options to googles DNS, ive turned off windows firewall completely and after wasting my first week of free realm im about to just delete the game again. My PC is around $6000 with pretty much the best pc specs available, and a really good internet. Why isnt something as basic as realms working? Please help!
