in structures that i built for villagers (but i seen the same problem with naturally generater villages) when they have to go to a place that can be to their work station or to bed, sometimes they can get stuck in cornes of the building or get blocked by a wall, and if happens they decide that they not gonna retry to get to they need to go but that is the place they need to be
so in case they gonna get stuck, when moved they gonna pathfind in that point and not where they need to go
whith structures created by me for them is much worste but ive seen it happen in villages created by the game
villagers that try to get to bed but they not pathfind to the door and remain behind the houses or when they collide with a wall of the house remain there
sometimes they forgot where is their bed (if i destroy the original and replaice it in a new structure (obviously making them sleep in it the first time) i didn't really see it "naturally")
i seen similar problem whith the pathfinding when they are in water
when the the pathfinding gets bugged they ai stops to do almost anithing if not to try to return in the point where they get bugged
in case of going to bed with a night cicle they gonna retry to pathfind to the bed, but in case the pathfindig gets bugged when they try to go to the working station they forget they have a work
i tried to some cool structures replacing a old desert village but moving the sleep point of villagers or making them go to work was a nightmere
and basically every day 5 random villagers out of 12 gets bugged, they get stuck, they dont go to work
like i know they are probably stupid but this is awful, i feel like a baby sitter
(i did a little bit of testing and seems that removing stairs and using full blocks make them pathfind a bit easier but still at lest 5 villagers at night do not go to bed and remain in spot and risk to get killed)
