This is a repost of my previous report I made over a year ago due to a lack of traction on that post, MC-144350

This issue happens at random, and sometimes does not appear at all for me. If I get this issue, then usually resetting my computer solves it. Reloading the resource pack (F3+T) can temporarily fix the problem, but it almost always comes back.

Graphical issues can range from all blocks at a distance becoming a pitch black, or a vomit-like sludge of colors. They are usually accompanied by horizontal flashes and the issue generally makes the game unplayable and lowers the frame rate.

At least one other person has had a similar/the same issue as I am having, as seen here  https://jesterngames.com/2014/09/15/minecraft-graphics-glitch/, I've had this issue for at least two years now, and it is most likely not a graphics card issue, as I've had the same issue with a 1050 Ti and now a 1660 Ti.

Issue persists through resource packs, and issues can even be worse on resource packs, with item textures going completely invisible.
