This problem seems to happen at random, and is usually indicated by a lagspike as the lighting breaks and blocks get a strange blue/green texture on them. It appears to have a distance, because if I get close to affected blocks, they revert back to normal. From what has happened to me, this has happened on both snapshots 19w06a and 19w07a. This also happens on singleplayer/multiplayer and I don't know if this is a problem with my system (I doubt this because my system should be perfectly able to handle this) or a problem with Minecraft itself.

UPDATE: This is STILL a problem i am getting in Minecraft 1.14.2. Other visual glitches include sides of textures gaining a jumbled orange/red tint and the lighting screwing up horribly.

UPDATE 2: Sorry for not really keeping up with this bug report, I've been playing Minecraft on and off for the past couple months and for a while, was playing modded minecraft and could not give a crash report because I'm 100% sure the response I would get it "it's a problem with mods" (Yes, I had problems there too.) Anyways, this is still a problem for me in 1.15.2. A crash log has been attached to this post as requested.

UPDATE 3: Bump, still having this problem.

      UPDATE 4: Bump, ditto.

UPDATE 5: Bump, still an issue that is occurring for me.

UPDATE 6: Not a bump, but I have found a semi-fix to the issue. Reloading the resource pack (F3+T) once or twice usually reverts the graphic issues temporarily. Regardless, still and issue I have, unfortunately

UPDATE 7: The only other case to the problem I have is this right here https://jesterngames.com/2014/09/15/minecraft-graphics-glitch/ . From having to refresh the resource pack a couple times, it appears the graphic effects can vary from just being solid black, to multiple different kinds of colors.
