Based on the experience with MC-45458 and MC-138114, we will keep this report closed until someone experiencing major performance issues when comparing 1.15 and 1.16 can back it up with detailed data, including potential fixes - due to the massive changes in rendering, some performance impact is to be expected however. Thanks for your cooperation.
Don't really know if this is cause of my computer spec, but didn't notice this kind of lag-spikes before 20w21a
Only render distance causes this and 10 chunks seems to be critical point, where red spikes starts to show often
