      Description

Deep Warm Ocean biome is unused. It is caused by the balance of ocean generation in some 1.13 snapshot. I hope this is unintentional.

This is not a duplicate of MC-128260. That one reported that some oceans are extremely rare. My issue is reporting that one ocean is unused and never generates naturally. I do not know if this is WAI or not, but it can definitely be fixed. Because if that biome is unused, why it's been added at all? Fixing this will also be a reason to fix MC-131930
