      The bug

      When a hoglin/zoglin has the glowing effect, black dots appear and will sometimes disappear and reappear.

      How to reproduce

      1. Obtain the following mobs: 
        /summon minecraft:hoglin ~ ~ ~ {Glowing:1b} 
/summon minecraft:zoglin ~ ~ ~ {Glowing:1b}
      2. Observe their textures

      Not sure if this caused by my graphics card drivers whether its outdated or not (See Environment above), but this does not happen in 20w13b. The glowing effect outline renders fine to all other entities but for hoglins/zoglins.
