      The Bug:

      Sniffers with the glowing effect sometimes show black dots.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a sniffer with the glowing effect by using the command provided. 
        /summon minecraft:sniffer ~ ~2 ~ {NoAI:1b,Glowing:1b}
      2. Look around the sniffer's ears and constantly move your camera around slowly.
      3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers with the glowing effect sometimes show black dots.

      Observed Behavior:

      Black dots are sometimes visible.

      Expected Behavior:

      No black dots would be visible.
