What I expected to happen was...:
I couldn't drag items from my inventory to my hotbar. It was specifically the last 4 items in the first row of the inventory menu

What actually happened was...:
I could hover over the items with my mouse pointer, but when I left clicked, I couldn't grab them and drag them into the hotbar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It happens when I start up the game from the launcher

2. I can resolve the issue if I hover over the offending items and assign them to a hotkey then I can drag any item that appears in those slots into the hotbar
