upon death in a new game after deleting your old save upon making a new game it will show as if you are still in the previous world even after leaving and attempting to enter another world or create a new world will result in the screen turning grey and crashing which the only way to exit at this point is to ctr+alt+delete

What I expected to happen was...:
World to be deleted and a new world to be successfully created

What actually happened was...:
Game crashed and soft locked resulting in having to force terminate the program via task manager 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  create a new Hardcore world
2. Die ( it doesn't matter how)
3.try to create or join a new world

4.game should softlock on a grey screen and be completely unresponsive
